Management Reaffirms Commitment to Professionalism as Second Term Begins
Management of BRIGHT MORNING STAR SCHOOL has officially welcomed staff to the Second Term of the 2025–2026 Academic Year, while reaffirming its commitment to professionalism, discipline, and accountability.
In a brief address to staff at the start of the term, the proprietor expressed appreciation for the efforts made during the previous term and encouraged all staff members to renew their commitment to duty. Emphasis was placed on adherence to the school’s Staff Conduct Guide, which outlines expectations on punctuality, classroom performance, professional behavior, documentation, and respectful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Management further announced that staff conduct and performance will be closely monitored throughout the term, and observations made will inform decisions aimed at improving standards and safeguarding the school’s values and reputation.
Staff were encouraged to work diligently, cooperate with management directives, and uphold the image of the school as they contribute to the holistic development of learners. Management expressed optimism that the term will be productive and successful for both staff and pupils.
