Bright Morning Star School offers dedicated career guidance to help learners discover their God‑given gifts and plan wisely for the future. Through talks, mentoring, and personalised support, students are encouraged to set clear goals and pursue educational pathways that match their strengths and interests in Ghana and beyond.

Counselling activities encompass the following :

• Helping students to identify their areas of interest, aptitude, and future career options.
• Guiding students about application processes for senior high schools, tertiary institutions, and training programmes in Ghana and overseas.
• Providing updated information about various institutions, courses, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Giving sustained support in admission processes, including organising school records, preparing recommendation letters and school profiles, and assisting with personal statements where required.
